Terms of Use

These terms govern use of ClariSlip, provided by Binary Data Technology. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose

ClariSlip is a record-keeping assistant. It can scan, organize, review, report, and export expense information. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee that recognized text or calculated classifications are correct.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing receipt fields, keeping appropriate source documents, protecting your device, choosing lawful export destinations, and determining whether records meet your business, tax, reimbursement, or regulatory requirements.

License and acceptable use

Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClariSlip as distributed through an authorized store. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Availability and third-party services

Document scanning and recognition may depend on Android and Google Play services available on the device. Features may be interrupted by device limits, service availability, incompatible files, or operating-system changes. Manual entry and existing local records remain available without a ClariSlip account.

Your data

You retain responsibility for your receipt records and exports. ClariSlip does not claim ownership of content you add. Review the Privacy Policy for storage, SDK diagnostic data, sharing, retention, and deletion details.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClariSlip is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, recognition accuracy, merchant acceptance, tax treatment, or fitness for a particular purpose. Binary Data Technology is not liable for decisions made from unreviewed records, lost exports, or third-party services beyond its control. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
